She also talks about how the pandemic has forced her to stretch herself and realize that her skills transfer to more industries than where she started.

Neha tells us that as a parent, she has been really ruthless about prioritizing and taking advantage of every minute she has to get things done such as doing things for self care. She also emphasizes the importance for parents to advocate and set boundaries for themselves as well.
